Well I smoked my stage 2 clutch at the strip last year and put in a stage 3 last friday. All I can say is that this clutch is way different, If I dont give it a 2k rev the whole car shakes like I am about to stall out. It definately is going to take some time to get used to, I am used to slipping the clutch and that is not possible with the stage 3 . My question is will this get any better once the break-in period (500-700 miles) is done?

yes, it will definately smooth out. mine took about 1000 miles and now it just glides into place. i love the spec 3 and you will too after you break it in.

You just have to know that you bought a lightswitch clutch. ON or OFF

you should have gotten the spec 3+ clutch, not the spec 3 clutch.

you dont have the sprung hub, so its ON or OFF. The 3+ clutch gives a streetable stock feel to it.
