Speed Concepts order

I am having trouble getting in touch with Speed Concepts. I placed an order with them early last week and have not heard from them since. The charge has already gone through on credit card, but when I try to get in touch with them, they don't reply. I have emailed them twice, no answer. I have called them, no answer and there is a recorded message saying that messages cannot be taken.

Has anyone ordered from Speed Concepts before, and did you have any problems. Hopefully they read this message board and will get in touch with me.

i heard of them but neer dealt with them. warn your CC company that they have not contacted you and to pend the payment maybe

I have ordered through them and also delt with the owner Ken. I didn't have any issues.

Try posting on wild horses club's forum, he's a regular there and goes by 007 I think.

I recently had the same problem as you. I called them and finally got someone on the phone, who gave me tracking information. I got my parts 2 days later.

From what I've read on this and other boards, I don't think you have anything to worry about. I've spoke to Ken on the phone before and he's seems like a really good guy. He just gets really busy at times.
