Looks like you'd want the white gear, but it sounds like it's a Jeep part. Check out this post from 5.0 Tech:

Wrong, wrong, wrong.
With the AODE and 3:73 gears you need a 21 tooth driven gear and it's purple. The drive gear with the AODE is a 7 tooth gear. The 21 tooth driven gear will be 100% accurate. The gear you pull will be a tan 19 tooth gear with 3:27 differential.
Not all AODE's have a 7-tooth drivegear. My original '95 AODE had an 8-tooth drivegear with an 18-tooth speedo gear and a 2.73 rear end. A black 23-tooth speedo gear corrected my speedo to a 6% overread after I swapped in the 3.73. My current 4R70W has a 7-tooth drivegear and with the purple 21-tooth speedo gear, my speedo is dead on accurate.
If your original rear end was a 2.73, your AODE will have an 8-tooth drivegear and an 18-tooth speedo gear. If it was a 3.27, your AODE will have a 7-tooth drivegear and a 19-tooth speedo gear.
while were on the subject....i have 3.73's and a manual, but i heard tire size also figures into the equation also (i have 18's). also, is it possible to just have it electronically recalibrated at a shop, although im not sure if many shops even do that, im in the southeast mass area, would Dez tuning do it? and my rpm gauge is off also, (i go by the aftermarket one in the car) how would i go about getting the stock one working correctly.
Point taken but as Dan95 stated that he had the 3:27 gear which as you noted would mean that the AODE had a 7 tooth drive gear. I should have been clearer.

Can't answer about the part number but if you ask by tooth count and color they can give you the correct one. About $15.00.
