So you would pay $20 for T shirt on top of $30 for the part to get free shipping and consider $27 for the part you need delivered a no go???Plus I usually add a T shirt to any LMR order IF it gets me to qualify for free shipping.Adding $12 shipping to a $15 Rock Auto order is a no go for me unless I have much more to order.
I converted my ‘86 non-cruise car to MAF years ago. I did not add the VSS and have had no issues.Yes, on the 89+ Mustangs the ECU is monitoring the signal on both auto/manual ecus as it adjusts the idle strategy as your roll to a stop.
Without it, some cars will stall out. Even without cruise control, it should be retained and the computer will spit out a VSS codes if it’s failed
On 86-88 speed density Mustangs it’s only used for cruise control. Non-cruise 86-88 don’t even come woth one installed. You need to add one if converting one of these to MaF
