Speedcal not working correctly

I hooked everything up, but it's not working correctly. I've been over the settings and checked everything multiple times. At first I thought that it didn't work at all. After getting on the highway, it seems like it is working, but not correctly. It acts like the pin settings are wrong. I have 3.73 gears and set the pin switches to 1001001000 just like every set of instructions says to do.
I used to have my speedometer corrected with a Diablo tuner, and that worked just fine. I have restored the factory tune and reset the tuner, so that shouldn't be hurting anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked that the speedcal connectors are hooked up correctly.

did you use the online calculator for the dip switch settings? I used that and mine was way off, said 50 when i was going about 28. I called Dallas Mustang (i bought this used and it wasn't even a dallas mustang brand but was the same thing) and they were nice enough to get my car's info and give me a new dip switch list. Worked perfectly. Also make sure you're starting the dip switch order from the right direction and it's not up side down.

if it's a new unit i heard they switched their settings. someone else had the same problem. called them and gave them the right settings over the phone.

I'll try that then. Thanks guys. I disconnected everything today, and it works like it did prior just after the gear swap. I'll call Dallas Mustang and see what they can do. If I have to, I can just put the Predator tune back on it.

Contact Dallas Mustang and ask for the Speedcal tech. I think his name is Justin.

They did change the settings for the new speedcals, same code but shifted over by one notch - I cannot remember exactly.

I put mine in this summer and the settings I used for the switches were what he told me which were different from the website/instructions at the time.
I'm not sure if they updated the website yet.
