speedo and ac controls dont work ... please help

speedo doesnt work, and ac knob that controls where air should come out from doesnt register, the rest works, tach works, lights work, all guages work too, odometer doesnt work, other AC knobs work. Speedo cable is fine, speedo gear is fine also.

any ideas ?

It sound like you may have to replace the cluster if the speedo is shot and the cable and speedo gear are fine. Also is the a/c blowing from the defrost vents only???
