I finally got my speedo gear in the mail to hopefully help with the guage being way off. Where Do I install this... how long will it take me.... any special tools I will need or anything?

no special tools. just follow you speedo cable down to where it goes into the tail-shaft of your trans. its held in by 1 bolt (~1/2" i think). once you pull that out you'll see the gear, which is held by 1 small c-clip if i remember correctly. very easy stuff.
