speedo gear

I was looking at steeda and they have speedo gears and it says it only takes a few minutes to change out. Does anyone know what is required to change it out?

You're going to need to get under the car so you're going to need a jack and jackstands if you like to be safe. Also, you're going to need a socket wrench and the size socket that bolts the speed sensor to the tranny. That's it.

I just did the speedo gear not to long ago. I think it was an 11mm socket I used. It slides out real easy. You'll want to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get the retainer clip off that holds the original gear on the sensor plug. Piece of cake!
