I'm wanting to rebuild my speedo but I have searched everywhere for a good tech write up. Can anyone point me to one?

I think my magnets are getting weak as the needle bounces a lot past 75 (stock 86 Capri with 85mph speedo)...but usually on cold days! Might get lucky with a good cleaning and lube.
Yea, I replaced the cable and sheath with a new one, yes the gear is good, too....
The speedo restore shops gotta have parts sources and know how so anyone got the low down on this subject?
