Is there any other screws besides the 6 holding the speedometer in my 64.5? Because I can't seem to pull it out and I already unscrewed the 6 screws.

It should also be held in by the speedo cable itself, from behind. This can be a pain to undo. It is threaded onto the back. Put a cloth or something on the steering shaft sleeve otherwise it will get scratched. You may have to get some extended pliers to get it loose if you can even fit them back there. Sometimes you have to go from behind the dash.
