speeds in each gear

Ok, i've been running w/out a tachometer for a while and was wondering at what speed everone's at at 5000rpm with 3.73 gears with stock sized tires.

what's wrong with your tach...might be a easy fix

It reads double. My friend kevins car did that when he swapped his from a 2.3 to a 5.0

I put a iEquus 5" tach in my car. Works good and I got if at Canadian Tire with all my Canadian Tire money so it was like a free tach.....that's what I would do is get a tach that works.

I know I need a tach, but I'm 17 and i'm in a very tight money quench as of about a month ago. A $2500 one

do you have any scrap yards around with any mustangs....ask them for a gauge cluster you could probly fetch one for under 40 bucks

Ok, I know I need a tach, but right now I would like for question to be answered. I only need to know 1st through 4th. 1st gear is a 2.95

lol id tell you the mph for daily driving, but im not reving my car up to 5k in the 4 gears to tell you, get a new tach buddy

just rev till it stops pulling

Figured anyone with stock heads and cam would know.

yes that is my tach....That was just messin with the shift light setting lol.....but the 6500 was the highest I ever actually ran it up there. I was a little scared when I hit recall and seen that

Or better yet.....I put some wicked import engine in there for the weekend for drifting cause the 5.0 blew up and I need something quick lol....(fast and furrious)

I know what a shame

Preaty damn accurate cause i'm running 4.10's and at 60MPH in 5th with 275/45/17's i'm at about 2200. My shift light pill is at 6800? ! peace
