What is the MEANEST spintech (already decided on spintechs) muffler for our 5.0 Mustangs.... I got some motor to back it up for quality sound... however, i need to know the name of the series of spintech it is..... i like the one in the Video on theyr web site (black notch w/ flames) and those are the ones that i want.... Dont know the name of them though.... are they the pro streets?? I dont want flowmasters or magnaflow or bassani (bassani sounds like **** w/o tailpipes lol my buddy's car sounded MEAN AS HELL w/ his tailpipes, and he took them off and now it sounds like BALLS unless ur at WOT but driving sounds like ****) or dynomax or whatever, i have decided noone around here has spintechs, and i ***king LOVE them.... what is the LOUDEST MEANEST ONE???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

PAUL PERRECA!!!

Doesn't matter what exhaust you put on that car. There's NO WAY you'll ever hear it over the "YEEEEEEEEEEEEHAW!" of that red neck I saw trapped under your hood. :D

FYI, the black notch in the vid has the side exit system which has the quieter sportsman series in the kit, protstreets are MUCH louder, check out my link below to the spintech video and you'll see.

I have the prostreets on my big block fox, right off the LT headers into the prostreets and out dumps. Its very deep sounding and loud with a very awesome tone to them. Not as loud as when i had the flowmaster 1 chambers with side pipes on the 302, but i LOVE spintech now.

I got a sound of the flows and a movie of the prostreets:

This is JadeFalcon's car with prostreets, an F-cam and a powerdyne blower:

Here is my car when it had the 302 with a B303 cam, N/A.:

yea but dude, you have a big block flowin alot more air, do you know if 302 to 302 the flows to spintechs... which are better?? and the spintechs are like 79 bucks a peice, i think flows are like 75 or something i duno..... i dont care the cost, i want it badass.

I want to know what kind of motor work that notch had done to make it sound like that, and how do you know which muffs they are, cuz i hope ur right, i'm gettin the pro streets!!

One more question lol WHERE THE FRIG CAN I BUY THESE MUFFLERS, i dont care how long it takes to get them, (hopefully no more than a month) but i want the mufflers - and i'll wait for them........ so what sites can i use a credit card to buy them online, i've been looking, but whenever i typein spintech into a search like yahoo or google, it just comes up w/ forums like stangnet..... i just want to order them to my front door, w/ a credit card lol....

i went to the spintech web site and there is no direct ordering page, and i can't just add them to my "shopping cart" like anyother page.... i am so frustrated today-
I'll just keep bumping this page until someone tells me where to go....

I bought my directly from spintech. Just call them and order. They make each system as they are ordered, will take about two weeks to get it. If you get the side exit, make sure you get the spintech sub frames, they are designed to clear the mufflers and are full length. It allows the exhaust to tuck up under neath the car.

my speed shop just told me that the mufflers were meant for use on turbo cars, i didn't read that anywhere, and he said they were not meant for 5.0 mustangs lol what is he talkin about??

I didn't find the pro streets on ebay, and what size is the inlet/outlet???????????

oh n wat is the part number on the pro streets (loud ones) cuz the pro streets on the spintech website say that they are used because of sound reduction, i want sound "pr"oduction lol yaaa

the shop said that cause with a turbo you want to go with a straight through muffler. with a turbo i think the spintechs would sound kinda wierd, and it will cost you power in the end, because there is much more turbulance than a straight through muffler. if i was building a turbo motor i would go with some dynomax ultraflows.

check out turbomustangs.com/mufflerswap.php i think he picked up like 20 hp just from swapping flows to the ultraflows.
