My Redfire is sans spoiler.

I want a ducktail.
The wife wants the factory wing.

I made the mistake of mentioning that I could probley trade trunk lids with some lucky SOB whose wife wanted the ducktail. She asked how much the ducktail cost. I told her I wasnt sure.

Maybe looking at the big picture, I should go for the wing, because I havent mentioned the fanblades yet.

Opinions?

Are you nuts, from a nice clean spoiler delete to adding the ugly looking factory spoiler that does not fit the lines of the car. Man you luck your not stuck with the factory spoiler, get a ducktail, I would recommend the Street Scene Mustang 3pc DuckTail.

I bought a Duck tail for my son for Xmas, I paid $284.00 for everything. You
will have to paint it,Maybe $75.00 to $100.00 more But there beautiful.

Im happy with no spoiler. Its the wife who wants one. So, Im ready to get the ducktail, she likes the oem.

This may be a lose the battle to win the war. I want the fanblades, she is going to crap when I spring that one on her. My e-bay GT takeoffs are only 6 months old with about 3000 miles on them.

I like the ducktail better but there is nothing wrong with the looks of the factory spoiler. It doesn't not match the lines of the car like some say for whatever reason. But the ducktail is a nicer option and you're set for it without a spoiler now.

The factory spoiler looks nice But "imo" takes away from the view in the rear view mirror.
I originally did not want the factory sp but I am glad I got it now.

I agree Ducktail is the way to go. the only reason I haven't gone to the ducktail is because I'd have to get it striped to match my car in addition to getting it painted. but I'd still rather have the factory spoiler than no spoiler at all. the car looks incomplete without one IMHO.
