Spout connector question.

I lost my spout connector and the advanced and auto zone say that they cant get one, and the ford dealership is already closed so what all mustangs have these and are compatible to use.

Just make a jumper wire for it...all you need to do is make the circuit...It'll get you by til you get one...

i wasn;t sure if the spout actually regulated any kind of voltage or anything such as that.

hey if you haven't found some of those caps yet, i cant remember if you have 24's or not but i have some extra injectors

I put a toggle switch in mine when I lost my spout connector. That way I can switch the circuit off when I'm setting my timing.

Jason...all set....i got some kits today to repair them....

odiedog...Cool idea....would never have thought of that...

odiedog, have you had any issues with your car since you put the toggle switch in it, if not does anyone think that there would be any issues. If not i think i am gonna try the toggle switch thing. So all the spout does it keep the circuit constant, I have never understood how the spout controlled timing advance!!

hey andy just for reference where did you get them, i am planning on pulling the intake before long to reseal it i think i have an isssue and last time i had the injectors out i cracked some of the caps and some don't have any on them, (what would this cause by the way)

I seen that posted not to long ago, the jumper wire thing...works from what i read...

i just spliced mine right through after i lost my spout conector. I just take the wire nut off when im setting the timing.

That toggle switch does sound good, ill have to do that myself..

yeah instead of spending the money on a spout i am gonna find a trick looking toggle switch, i jumpered it for now and car seems to be driving very well.

Its been a crazy day
I have had no problems with the toggle at all
I would like to take credit, but I saw it in another guys gt

i lost mine so now i have a cut paper clip in it's place.....it's work fine for years
