100HP should be safe if you pull some timing, go to a colder plug and are sure your fuel system is up to par.

You don't have to change manifolds. The N2O itself isn't going to hurt it but if you have issues (leaking solenoid, for example) and a backfire, it will most likely frag.

Thats what I worry about figured do an intake first and not worry about it. What kind of fuel pump is good for this set up
 
You dont need an intake. A backfire will most likely shred even an aluminum intake. A 100 shot is perfectly safe, just make sure to use a window switch.
