I dont think this is too tech, plus itll probaly get more views here.

Tomarrow being Thanksgiving and all ill probaly have some free time.

The rear end of the Stang sits higher than the front... I want to level it out. I figured removing the rear spring isolators is an easy way to do that.

I know how, but someone told me it was a bad idea... it would cause accelerated wear seeing as now its metal on metal. I know there are a bit of you guys that have done it and im wondering if it has caused any problems or you guys have anything bad to say about it....

Thanks.

IIRC the rear iso's are not very thick and if you remove them, it may not make very much difference. I'm thinking they are foam rubber, but I may be wrong.

I removed all of mine and the rear still sits a little higher than the front.

I just did the tops, wrapped the top of the spring with electrical tape. The bottoms were pretty much destroyed, and my springs are the worst ive ever seen... im pretty pissed now.

Didnt lower it much either, oh well.

Thanks for the tips guys.
