Spring perch bolt question

I am changing the front coils to a set of pre-settled 580's with a 1 inch drop, and I am also changing the spring perches. The problem is, the old spring perch bolts that bolt 'em down seem to be stuck. I tried soaking them in WD40, hammering on a breaker bar, using a hand impact tool, and soaking it some more. I don't have access to air tools.

Anyone have some tips on how to loosen these stubborn bolts? The angle to work on it is slightly hard, you can't get a solid hit with a hammer on the breaker bar.

I have never had a problem getting bolts out of anywhere before... but these just don't want to budge at all.

what he said.

if you're trying to get them off from under the wheel well, that's wrong.

look inside the engine compartment between the shock tower and your headders.

if you'rea already doing this, then i don't know

good luck!
