So i get my ball joints and control arm bushings changed. For the labor of $160. I could do it but for $160 why would i want to.

Anyways Upon removal of the passenger spring i realied half a coil had snapped off just sitting in the control arm. Talked to a guy in the shop next door that says this is pretty normal and happens on fox's all the time.

Guy put the spring back in (the broken one) and lowered the car. Its sitting pretty level but this thing needs to be changed. I know it said Eibach springs in my sig. and i had confirmed the rears are eibach. But the fronts are pretty rusty and all i can make out is a long number on the spring that looks nothing like a ford part number.

So what do you guys use for springs??? I would like to lower it but i live on a hill and my driveway is on a incline off that hill. I wouldn't want my fuel sump making contact with the ground.

Are there any springs that drop the front like 1-1.5" and keep the rear stock. If not i have stock rear springs that still have the ford part number tag on them (excellent condition) I have Rear adjustable lower control arms that can lift the rear or lower it.

I'm not really familiar with spring rates and such...but i have Tokico Illumina Struts front/rear with the selector set to 5 "Firmest"

Any Recommendations? And remember i need some height in the rear!!!

Prokit gives you good clearance for most terrain IMHO. It's what I have so I cant speak for other springs.

Good luck.
