Got into my 4.6 and found this.

All the same bearing.

The rest look like one on left, the one on right is the cap on the one that spun, crank looks ok,we'll see.

Would it be ok to only change the bad bearing? I am having trouble finding bolts within my timeframe I have off work!

If the bearing spun the big end of the rod is probably worn such that the bearing shell won't fit properly (i.e. it will be loose) so the clearances won't be right and, without proper crush, will likely spin again.

As well, what about all the metal from the shell and rod end now in your oiling system?

Seems like a "quick fix" is going to lead to more trouble down the road...

This isn't something you should put a band aid. I'd take the extra time and just have the bottom end gone over. As mentioned above, you don't know where all those little bits of metal have ended up once carried by the oil. There's no point in fixing one rod and bearing to have a brand new one and 7 used.
