i have a a little sqeaking noise thats going on. if i push in the clutch, the noise goes away. now when i let off the clutch, the noise comes back on. its a bit annoying.

Sound like a cricket chirping? It's probably the throwout bearing. Pretty common problem and usually benign, although it's annoying to listen to.

ah man. how much is it ? price of install ? i dont plan on slapping a new clutch soon since its in good shape.

ok good news. its not squeaking anymore. much better but im going to keep an eye out for it.

Yea man i bet its the throwout bearing, my brother had the same problem on his gt. Its not real expensive and it doesnt require a new clutch. Its a pretty simple instal if you have a hoist, but if not good luck!

if it's the TOB, once you're there change the clutch aswell if you do.... cost me around 500-600$ for the whole job of new TOB/clutch install

thanks. the clucth is fine. i havent heard it squeak. i hate that noise. sounds like a giant black cricket ( my car is black) with a V8 ready to hop
