Squeaky Steeringwheel

The steeringwheel in my 92 is getting really squeaky. It happens when going over bumps and sometimes with road vibration. I was wondering if there was something i should lubricate or tighten that will make the niose go away. It gets really annoying when the radio is low. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My 88 LX does that, i think it's the foam padding around all that crap.

mine does it too and it's drives me freakin nuts, i used graphite powder around the steering wheel but the sqweek still comes back
