SSBC 5 lug rear disc conversion

Like the people asking about running 10" wide rear rims with fox length axles... That question happens all the time.

Yup. It was stuck at the top of the page and still people asked all the time how to convert and do a brake upgrade.


It's even worse n Corral.net, because guys would find the info they need, but somehow omit most of the required steps. Very common to see posts about guys running Cobra 13" front brakes and rear disks...but running the stock MC and booster and wondering why their pedal is so soft. Then you inform them they still have to swap the MC/Booster and do a 3-2 with adjustable PV and it's the first they heard of it and want to know if there are any alternatives to it.

I have a complete tech write up on Turbo Coupe rear axle swap with disk brakes, and a 5 lug conversion to the Turbo Coupe. It inculdes information on booster, master cylinder, front calipers and E-brake modifications.

I don't have any info on the SSBC or SN 95 5 lug rear disk brakes.
