Fred I'm calling them today to figure out when the dyno will be done. I'll let you know. Would be nice to have you tag a long might need a ride down anyway. Will probably be a week day though b/c his weekends are booked with dyno sessions.

Bryan that sucks about the bike. I hate ignorance.

it was all put back together today. The head gaskets never sealed like the should have. Dyno will be ready next week or the week after, he had issues with it and had to get some parts replaced on it.

I'm just waiting for painted parts to come back for the bike.
Getting the barn a little reorganized and clean up so I can put the stang back in there. Also hooking up some real bright florescent lights in there that work in cold weather. Need to runs some wires and hook up some switches.

any of you guys going to Ford Fest this saturday at epping? I'm going to head down. The dyno will be fixed tomorrow so I'm waiting for a dyno day after that. If I cant get it done weds/thurs then I might just go down and get the car so I can at least drive it until the dyno day.

I plan on installing a NX plate kit running 125 shot within the next month and was wondering who I should bring the car to to tune. I have a SCT2 handheld tuner, not sure if they can use that or program it with some tunes. Also how much would a tune cost if all goes accordingly.
Thanks!

My car is at protree performance in Hudson NH. His tunes are $300-$500 depending on the amount of dyno time. He uses the Moates Quarterhorse software

I forgot about Ford Fest but I have also been busy.
Did a little welding on my bulkhead door today. Hadn't opened it since last fall and today I notice it looked like someone might have tried to pull it open. The bracket, that holds the little bar that secures the door, was bent a little. At the factory they did a small spot weld on each side. One side was broken. I welded that sucker the way they should have at the factory. Now its much more secure. I also plan on putting a pin through the overlapping sections of the doors to add more security and less flexibility to that door. I hope no one tried to break in and that the door was like that before.

still a hack but I get by. Right now I've been searching for replacement O rings to seal the gas in the torch cable. The O rings are shot and I'm thinking that helped make for some crappy welds today.

did some work in the barn this week. Changed over the 2 gang electrical switch box to a 4 gang. Now I can have a separate switch for the florescent lights and I can hook up the lights on the second floor. Hung some cabinets on the wall and setup some racks all of which I got for free. Those wire racks aren't cheap so I'm glad I found those last year while at work. Hope to put the car in there soon. Just have to rearrange some things.

So I sent an email and recieved a reply saying their email isnt working and to call them...

Oh also get this remember when I had my 8.8 rebuilt by Rowe Westbrook a few months ago, the drivers side axle seal puked gear oil 2 days ago. Those 3 qts of gear oil costs me $75 so I dont see it as just fluid I see my car bleeding money.
They installed Summit 31 spline axles, new carbon 31 spline FRPP diff, new 4.10s & a frpp girdle for $600 - Good thing he said he'd warranty it for a year.

I just had some hi flo cats welded in and brought it back as it developed a pin hole leak thats when we noticed the inner wheel covered with gear oil. The day before I took off from a red light making a right spinning the tires and went over some pot holes while spinning at redline which caused it to fail im sure but something had to be wrong to begin with otherwise every stang out there would have leaking seals.
