the coil covers ARE aluminum buddy!! God, do you really think I'm that stupid? I think they were coated with a clear laquer or something. I plan on getting a bench grinder here soon, so I'll get the buffing wheel for it. Lucky you didn't just start goining nuts on the polish. You did the right thing and tried a small spot. That polish will work good on getting that scratch out of the snout on the blower. Though, I don't think it will completely get it out.

Just a little advice, but you probably should have tuned it at 10psi first
