oh no there getting nice and toasty. You really have to burn the hell out of the Nittos to get them to hook good. Im shifting at about 5,800-6,000. I ran the Nitto's at 14 PSI. I think that might be the sweet spot for them. They went good at 16 PSI but they seem to be a bit more grabby at 14.

good glad to hear it, i told you that you need to roast them nittos. Like zommer and shaw style roastage

Well I only made one run. Though it was a good run and I'am kinda glad too. My trans is making some small whining noises now. Anyway, I ran a 12.4 at 122mph. I could have maybe shaved a few more 10th's off but, at what cost. I like my trap speed and I could use a bigger tire. With a good trans and drag suspension, I know I could do some mid to low 11's. Hope you guys are happy now. I won't spoil the fun for the rest of the guys. There are a few suprises.

HOLY CRAP!!! 122MPH trap...dude with a good short time that kind of trap will net you a high 10 easy. there is an 05 GT in this months MM&FF running 10.9s at 117 with a 1.5 short time

They suppesedly prep the track fairly well for the Test and tunes, any real truth to that?? I would say yes just because your times improved

yeah there is some truth to that plus all the big guns are running during test and tune so there is all kinds of rubber laid down on the track. I did cut one 1.9 last night on street night but I only managed a 13.1 out of it, today w/ a 1.938 I dropped 3 tenths.

Also put my car on the scales. Weighs a porkish 3,518 w/ me in it 3,328 w/ out me.

The sliver 10th may have been there but I know the Turbo 03 was not. That guy was there that has the polished/ported Eaton and there was another 03/04 from NEBOC that was white w/ blue stripes.

How about that Jeep that was burnt to a crisp on the side of the road on the intersate. That will really runin your summer vacation. That pretty much answers the question of why I have a fire extinguisher in my car.

No sticky tires for me.

it was shortly after 3 when we ran again. Friggin bored messed up on my last run and never recorded my MPH or 1/4, only thing I got was my 1.957 60', waited all that time for nothing but I got what I wanted before then so it wasnt all bad.
