i'm not sleepin!!!! i only launched at 3k and i still went up in smoke....i heated them up good but to no avail....275 may not be enough tire...i figuered only making 415ish TQ they would be guess i was wrong...although i am on the stock suspension, that could be part of the problem. Anyone will tell you if your suspension isn't right your not gonna put any power to the ground
try 255 street tires! Thats what I have.

got the head back on today. PIA getting the header back on though. Had to loosen the motor mounts and lift the engine to get the header to slip into place. Then the last two header bolts were a super pain to get started.
Now the lower intake and injectors are in place. Still need to hook up all the vac lines, wiring and put the altenator bracket back in place. Then its time to fire it up.

Thats pretty sweet but a PS3 is the next big purchase. New Engine will come later on.

Here is my next big purchase:D

This is the level 5 axle and hub system from The Drive Shaft Shop, if you have a cobra and want to keep your IRS this is the system for you. This is the strongest and most used system in the industry. We have done small changes over the years and it ready for 950WHP and 1.3 60ft times. We are developing 2 new systems for the car; both will be complete sets including the inner C.V.'s. First will use an Explorer inner C.V. and will include a custom seal to accommodate the difference in the seal surfaces. Second will be an all new ball & cage design inner C.V. made from Chromoly. Being the system will be a ball & cage design it will eliminate the troublesome clunk from the factory tripod on some of your cars. Although not available yet the housings are made and the rest is weeks away.
