doesn't have to be to burn the tires and stink the whole truck up. I just thought the duelies were spinning on ice. At least one was touching a small patch of tar. made a small dent in the tar.

lol trying to do burn outs w/ a UPS truck.......and you call me a redneck for watching Nascar :rlaugh: :rlaugh:

actually I didn't try to. I was trying to back up a steep driveway and trying not to get stuck. I didn't even know the tires were burning. It wasn't until I let off the accelerator that I saw the smoke. The deisel kept chugging away and I wasn't going anywhere. You would have laughed.
Big difference if I was trying to do it or not. No it doesn't have to have big horsepower but torque rules in this case.

lol you not even half way to 1000 posts yet monkey nuts. Your still a rookie.

Nascar isent boring, if some of you just knew the punnishment and abuse there bodys take during a race you would appreciate the sport alot more.

Its alot harder then standing there in an out field w/ a big digger in your mouth waiting for a ball to come your way. Baseball players are lazy whiney cry babies. At least in Nascar you get paid for how good you place. Unlike other sports were you get a contract for so much money and they if your produce jack Shi* you still get paid.

I was talking about the 1000th post on this thread you dumba$$.

actually yes since Iv been to more Nascar races then any of you here :p
Oh really........think again brother!!! Remember I grew up an hour from Dover and Pocono. Also, being stationed 30 mins from daytona helped too!!
But it is true, NASCAR is like watching grass grow. Real racing is in the 1/4 mile. NHRA is the $hiznit.

I like drag racing but thats alot more boring then Nascar. Nascar is quite exciting once you "understand" the sport

and travis called me ignorant.

Ya, Travis is in his own little world. Heee, heee, I can picture him now. Sitting in his lazy boy with a a stained t-shirt, sweatpants, a bucket of chicken in one hand, a zima in the other, with his inflatable male friend in his lap. Makes me wanna :barf:

Hey Dan, I remember reading in one part of the thread that you work on/ fly p-130's? Is that a P&W engine? My brother is a floor mechanic for P&W in middletown and my dad worked for P&W for many years, thus my curiosity. Actually, my dad worked for P&W all his years until he retired in '83-4.

Ya travis, thats what bores me to death about NASCAR. Rednecks like you who think others don't like it because they can't "understand" it.
