That short rubber hose that I pointed out to you is connected to the sending unit for your Boost a Pump. You need to get another one the same diameter but longer so that you can cut it in half and then put a vaccum T in it. That T will allow you to hook up the line to your gauge. All you need to get it working is get that rubber hose and T then connect the line that is just hanging there. Very easy.
