At my power level the block should be OK on the street. Its the high RPM racing with that amount of power that can do a number to the block.
I should be OK without the 31s as long as I'm not using sticky tire with high RPM launches.
Yeah I'm a little nervous about breaking other stuff or loosing control.
Yes the lack of sticky tires will be a problem. Its kind of nerve racking loosing traction at high speeds because of all the torque. I will have to take it a little easy to keep it under control.

I would eventually like to get new springs to match new struts and shocks.
Coil overs in the front would be cool. That way I could choose the ride height.

I was going to go the coil over route but its pretty expensive and I just wanted something that will provide better road manners then what I have now and something that will help out at the track. The Tokico 5 ways fall right into the range for what I want to be able to accomplish.

Thats true I can always keep that open as an option. I saw the coil over conversion kits for around $200.00.


So how do we look as far as time for meeting up on saturday. I want to get to the track at 8AM. If thats to early for some of you then we can just meet up at the track when you get there. Its off Route 101 exit # 8.


If we all want to meet up before hand we can meet at the kennebunk exit at the Burger king like aways. Anyone have any susguestions as far as what time?

i hate getting up that early, especially during my vacation but I would like to get there when its cool.
The earlier you start the more racing you should be able to do.
Did you call the track? Is the test and tune running all day or just the morning? According to the schedule for that day there are other events going on.

Bryan. I agree w/ you on the getting up early part its my day off as well but like you said the cool temps will be nice and we will prob get in more runs. you guys are welcome to come when ever you can but Im going to be there bright and early.
