what does everyone think of the kit from steeda? as far as i can see its priced pretty nicely and paired up with some springs i think it will be a killer beginner suspension setup. let me know what you think about it?

Steeda suspensions are overall pretty good, and depending on what you wanna do with the car, it may be just right for you.

They have a good rep, however... I prefer to personally SELECT each component. Sometimes parts work better being the same manufacturer, but sometimes you can get great results mixing. So I would research each component before deciding. That being said, if I didnt have the time or energy, I like Steeda so I would certainly buy a package from them.

while looking at the quality of the parts, and i know steeda is top notch, im also looking at price. http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=275
i found what seems to be a sweet deal. and i i throw in some lower control arms i think it should be a pretty good setup, what do you think? g trac w/ springs, or this kit w/ arms?

That looks good too, though I don't know about the sway bars. Certainly you could go with either and it would be much better than stock. The question lies in your future plans. I would think about what you want from your car, what plans you have, etc. Do you want to eventually turn it into a handling monster or just tighten it up a little? Stangsuspension seems like a nice kit, but if you want a suspension monster, then you might end up replacing them again in the future. Sorry to ask more questions, but I feel that I could not just give advise with out asking such questions.

Personally, I would lean towards the Steeda kit over the stangsuspensions kit. I think the Steeda kit has more potential to handle future mods and HP. Hope this helps.

well i want to perform good on the track, but i dont want drag suspension because i want to drive it hard on the street. i think the steeda kit is a better bet as well. other suspension mods i plan on are some springs and sub frames. eventually ill get a nice h/c/i too so the suspension should handle the ~320 horses nicely.
