staking turbos?

i was told of a way i can twin turbo my car by stacking a t-3 and a t-4,so i can build boost from about 1500rpms all the way to red line does this sound like a good idea to any one else,im gonna build a new motor over the next winter and its gotta be turbod.any input,ideas or recomended ideas would be awsome

no, this doesnt sound like a good idea.

If you really want to do that, you should buy the engine from KillrB. It was built by Dave Bliss, it's already low compression, and it has the right components. Turbos are not interesting to me, but I know others look at things differently.

Several cars come like that from factory its a sequential setup instead of the parallel setup you see most of the times. Its a nice on paper but a bitch to hook up all the piping needed for it. Not worth it IMO just go twin T3 or even T3/T4 hybrids like everyone else.

If you choose the proper turbo, with correct wheel trim, and housing ar it could make boost at as low as 1500 and feed plenty of air at 5K. (with a single 60-1 or 62-1 or 64 or gt35 or.....)

Ask Terry or E or your vendor of choice or .......

that would be a t3/t4 hybrid

a sequential turbo is really cool in theory
but in reality... hard
