Stalling After Microtuner in 1998 GT Vert

Hey all! I finally got my 1998 GT vert tuned with the microtuner after battling the "Type 8" error code. Right after I took the car out, I noticed it was struggling to keep above 500 rpms at idle. The computer seems to be fighting it, but it did stall a couple of times when coming to a rolling stop. Is this normal?

What kind of gas you running ?
