I have an 87GT and I'm switching to v-belt. I'd like to know what application to request so that I can get a standard rotation water pump that fits my car. I'm told the earlier stangs have v-belts but I'd like to know which one specifically.
I appreciate the response. Should the standard rotation water pump look the same as the stock one? I went to Murray's Auto Parts to have a look. I did not make the purchase because I was not sure if the one you suggested would work. The counterman was as helpful as he could be but was also not sure. Any additional info you may have on this would be helpful.
