It started on the first try. I let it idle for a while, and it had a good bit more exhaust than normal, but I figured it was just some of the extra coolant burning off and the engine just getting running again. There's also a bit of an exhaust leak somewhere on the passenger side, probably on the manifold to pipe connection. It started out idling high and then dropped down to around 500rpms, about normal. However, when it did, it started rocking a bit and every once in a while, it made a clunking noise... Damnit!
So, with that going on I had to shut her down and try again another day. It could be something as small as a vacuum leak or a leaking EGR valve (which I'm optimistically banking on, because I'm not sure I got it on there good enough.), or it could be a leak in the the head gaskets, which would make everything I did completely pointless.
