Stang wont start

I changed the oil today and went to start my car but it wouldn't. Just the sound of the starter clicking. I also noticed this when trying to start it that all the needles on the gauges on the dash went all the way to the right and set there for a couple of seconds then went back to norm. I tried to jump start it but that didnt work anyone have any ideas. Its a 04 still stock. Thanks for any help.

Did you check the starter? Perhaps you can hit the starter with a metal rod, that worked on someone else's nissan i know

i would say you have a dead battery. thats just my guess.

What kind of oil did you use? I'm not sure what could go wrong, but mabye something strange happened. Mabye you didnt put in the filter correctly?

get a jump start. then see if it holds a charge, if not then you got a bad cell.

it's still under warrenty
