My one and only suggestion would be to take the dumps off the poor thing. LX tailpipes ftmfw.

I totally agree with losing the rack/lid. I wanted to get a flat one but with a wing. I like the anniv. edition ones that have the wing on the lid.
I think I will leave the trim black though..

What is a good lowering spring that gives it that "rake" look? Ford C springs?

I used coil overs to get the look I wanted...I have stock rear springs and UPR coilovers with Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates. If you look close, you can see the style bar on the car...Check with a local upostery shop, they will probably recover the bar cheap...

Ditto on losing that luggage rack and painting the trim white. Well, sometimes the black trim can look really good depending on the set of wheels you have to go along with it. I'd love to have a style bar, but I want to track race my car and w/ a convertible a style bar doesn't count as a roll bar...So i'm just going roll bar w/ mine.

your car is sweet! I have a black bar on my 88 and thought that it was the berrys at first now im wishing that i had just put a two point roll in it. Also did a cobra wing, its alright, kinda like the 93 SA wings if i had it to do over again.
put some steeda sport springs on it with some caster cambers, LCA and some good shocks and struts and call it a day.

How do those coil overs ride? Maybe it's my old age of 39, but i hate a super hard ride, but do like the stance!

what are you guys doing with your luggage racks? are you having the holes filled in or? I figured a new deck lid would be easier.

It would be so much easier to just have a new lid. Right now I have a bunch of holes that are patched just to keep the rain out, so my trunk looks like ****. I'm trying to find a new lid though because fixing mine will be a PITA. I think Ryan actually filled in the holes on his car though. (his old blue 'vert).
