Start Stall after 95 Cobra intake install

Please Help, Start Stall after 95 Cobra intake install

Hi,

I have just installed a 95 Cobra intake manifold on a stock 95 GT (5.0) engine. Everything was working fine with the stock intake, after installing the Cobra I am experiencing a start stall, and the car won't idle.


Does anyone have any ideas out there?


Any help would be greatly appreciated......

You might want to check your timing first. I would also check all my vacuum lines. There are a couple of holes that need to be plugged on the intake I would check all of those. Make sure you plugged the fuel pump shutoff switch back in.

I did mine 3 or 4 weeks ago check your vacume line (egr, and pvc) and the timming. there are no holes that need to be plugged liked stated before everything should bolt right back in. Good luck

The idle needs to be reset. Mine died all the time too after the install. PM me for the how to.
