Well, I drove 15 hours to get a car in Ohio this weekend, so I left mine sit for about three days. I went to start it today and I blew out my exhaust gasket on the passenger side, then I look at my balancer and it is wiggling like a little bitch. So, I ordered an SFI approved balancer for 150... and got some exhaust gaskets. I got the SFI approved balancer for cheap because the stock one from ford was 100 bucks. But my question is, what the hell? Why did the exhaust gaskets go bad over a couple days. Also, is it pretty common for these balancers to go out?
