Recently, while going slow (under 15) in 1st, 2nd, or neutral, my car has been 'grunting', specifically when it bucks after letting off the gas in 1st, but braking will do it too. It's whenever the car is moving slowly but not perfectly smooth. It sounds as if it's coming from under my feet and maybe in the engine area, but I have absolutely no idea. Do you guys have ANY ideas? I have a 2001 GT with 20k miles.

im sorry it's so vague, i really have no idea how else to describe it. Of course this started happening just after my warranty ran out. Imagine being in first going about 10, then letting off the gas, feeling the car jerk, THAT's when it does it the worst. it's getting louder too. i originally thought it was a hole or something in my exhaust but it doesnt do it at all if im revving.

my dad thinks it's my springs. They are the only suspension thing i've changed on my car. They are the steeda sports, bought em brand new a few months ago. I put the isolaters and rubber sleeves on.... do you guys think there might be a prob with them?
