97vertstang Member Aug 17, 2005 85 0 6 fontana ca Mar 17, 2008 #1 Mar 17, 2008 #1 well i got a 85 mustang with a 50oz roller motor. ive got a 157t flexplate with a 10.5 boltpattern, and a c4 tranny. i put a starter and its not engaging!!!it doesnt reach!!!! what starter do i need??? ill post pics if u guys need any!!!
