Well ive been having a problem with my car not starting so i cleaned all the sensors and that helped but didnt fix the problem so i started checking fuel and spark and my fuel pressure was 32 so that was good and i had a pretty weak spark and then out of luck i changed the starter relay and it fired up could this relay cause the car to crank but nut not fire thanx in advance for any response

well i think ive narrowed it down to the fuel system i tried cycling the key 3 times to build fuel pressure and it fired right up so then i tried it just starting the car not cycling the key and it wouldnt start so im thinking either a regulator or the pump any ideas on how to narrow it down

If you have fuel line crimping pliers, you can crimp the return line. Then prime the system. If pressure builds much better than it did before, that indicates the FPR is having issues.

If it acts the same, the pump or pump check valve might be having issues.

When it cranks but won't start, if you crank it a little longer, it should fire up. The FP runs while you crank the engine.
