this may sounds stupid but if you have LT headers do you have to pull them to replace your starter, because when i did my headers i think i did them the most difficult way ever, i didnt unbolt the motor from the mounts nor loosen them and i remember having to take the unbolt the starter to get the headers in. so my question is do you have to take offf the headers to put the starter in and how long does it take to replace the starter

I have 1 3/4" bbk LT's and swapping the starter is extremely easy. I can not speak for other brands though.

thanks same headers i got. i forgot to mention when i did my headers i had mac's and they were nothing but problems and i had my shop do the bbk header swap for me
