Hey guys, ive been chasing a starting gremlin for a while. Ive narrowed it down to either a bad solenoid or a bad reman starter. Iver replaced all battery cables, solenoid and the starter. The battery was new last year. Im thinking that ive got a bad solenoid (bad out of the box). Which brand have you had the best luck with. Please let me know.
The problem im haveing is that it keeps sticking. A light tap with a wrench or your hand un-sticks it. Once it un sticks it runs perfectly.
If you dont think its the solendoid please let me know.
Also its the factory style starter not the mini used in later years.
