Whenever i start my car for the first time in the morning or any other time it's sat for a while, whenever i start it up if i dont give it any gas it will die, and then if i start it up again it will die, and it will repeat this as many times as my battery has power to start it. However, if i quickly put it in gear and drive down the road a little ways, letting the motor stay at like 2000 rpm for a little while, then stop and let it idle, it will idle fine.
The idle also surges until i've driven it quite a ways, it'll die down to like 500 rpm then surge to 1500ish then back down, but then after i've driven it a bit it will smooth out to 1000ish.
Any ideas? Thanks....
