Any efforts with the Tweecer are gonna be unfruitful

You are simply asking for more fuel than can be delivered

Those two thoughts are based upon the fact you REALLY are
lacking fuel up top

I see you don't have a WB

Seems like the auto would demand more load
thus
Dictate the need for even MORE fuel

Sorry ... I just don't have much experience with autos

If indeed ... the pump is causing an issue like I suspect ...
any WOT tuning efforts done now could become inaccurate
after you get a pump which has the ability to keep up with
the fuel demands

Tuning can only be effective if all systems are functioning correctly
or
Its very possible one could end up wasting a lot time and effort

I have two recommendations here

1) Upgrade that pump
2) Forget about WOT Fuel Tuning until you have a WB in place

btw ... I've never worked with that multiplier you speak about.
I have used the maf curve and fuel table with success for wot
fuel ratio optimization.

After thinking about it .............

Since you fattened things up by 10% you're just asking for that much
more pulsewidth thus compounding things if what we suspect is true.

About that first gear thing ..................

See the thing here is all about load and how you load things up

In first gear ... its all gonna happen quiclky

Now ... Say you were in 3rd ............
You're gonna ask for more with wind resistance ... more load
and
You're gonna be asking for that load for a longer duration of time

Honestly ... I just wouldn't be pushing it with that tiny pump

Never Forget ... You don't have the benefit of elevated pressure
