I've heard (from here) that that cam is good for supercharged applications but you can do better for NA. If you're set on off the shelf cams, check out a Crower 15511.

Of course, for that price you could get a custom grind, and I have to admit to being a cam snob. For whats the most important thing you can change in your engine I think you shouldn't cheap out. I've been looking at different cams for a long time trying to figure out where I want to go. For good custom grinders a lot of people have success with Ed Curtis at FTI or Jay Allen at Camshaft Innovations.

Iwould have to agree with him. If you are gunna get a cam you might as well get a custom grind done. Its worth every penny you spend on a custom cam. You can also call up d and d motor sports they did my cam. Granted they did call sig erson and they cut the cam for me but they can still give you the lift and duration numbers you need for peak power for what you want out of the car.

As said its a nice mild cam that will hold an idle....about 2800 I can feel the change in the motor, it has like a hit to it so to say...I pd 220.00 for mine and run Scorpion 1.6s as it a 1.6 cam...some run 1.7s with it...
I have no complaints with it....has a nice idle and you can tell its cammed, not alot of lump but enuf to know its not stock...it'll pull to redline and then some no sweat...
A custom would be the optimum, there's a 1/2 dozen cams that work well for the SNs..
I did need to run longer PRs with mine though....my heads are milled some and the base circle's a tad smaller so that equalled longer PRs for me i guess??...a shim kit wouldn't cut it...
