This weekend I bought a used Steeda Strut Brace (part #555-5710). The only thing I dont have are any of the screws/bolts for it. I was wondering if anyone knows what size and how many screws/ bolts I need.

They are 13 mm bolts, about 1 1/4 inches long.

I don't know about Steeda, but Ford uses M8-1.25x25, 24mm bolts. I found these at Pep Boys as P/N 45897.

Im in the middle of the install right now and was wondering if I have to take off the plastic part in the back of the engine bay where I have to drill through it. The guy I brought it from said I had to take it off so I could drill through it. But I dont see why I just cant drill right through the plastic and into the metal. Anyone?

Two things come to mind... (1) You don't know for sure what is behind the actual spot you will be drilling unless you look, and (2) don't you have to put a nut back there to hold the bolt??
