Ninosport has two different type of these charge motion plates.

$306.95 ones and 152.95. http://www.ninosport.com/Steeda-Charge-Mortion-Plates-2005-Mustang-GT-555-3134?sc=2&category=69

Is there an advantage in performance that the $300+ set has over the other?

are these the same ones?

Yes CMCVs are worth getting IMO. Do not waste your money on the more expensive set. The difference is that they are billet compared to a cast. The billet ones are also slightly larger, not much though. The "economy" plates are great. 6-8 rwhp gain. I highly suggest getting a tune from Justin with VMPTuning if you go with them though, he's got the tunes down pat for them.

would be better if i was running on 4.10's? I still have factory gear ratio, which are 355's on automatics. no?

I'm running them with 3.31's. No problems here. That said, the 4.10's definitely wouldn't hurt.

Am I right in saying that the charge motion delete plates give you more benefit in the upper RPM range? If that is the case, 4.10s will get you in that RPM zone quicker.
My question is are these really worth it if you don't do much racing and generally staying under 4500-5000 RPM?

I'm running them with 3.55s with no problems at all.

Honestly, it really depends on the tune. I know I push VMP Tuning a lot but Justin has the tune down pat for these things and I gained power every where on the curve so there is no downside to them.
