How big is the cowl on a Steeda dual step cowl hood for the 99-03 stangs? I really want one but i dont want it to be massively huge or be way to small.:SNSign:

Here's the steeda hood from a side view, it's not very tall at all

Thats the only hood cowl hood Ive seen that actually fits the lines of the car from a side view, most are too tall. and look bad from a distance from the side.

what is the difference between the steeda one and the cervinis one??

I was just about to ask the same question, except I think the cervini one is a 3 1/2 cowl.

Does the 3 inch have that same lip at the top of the cowl were it meets the windshield? If it does I think I found my new hood!

do you have any side picks of that 3inch? and where did you get it from? the only ones i can find is the one in the first pic and the hood w/ the vent slots that I dont like.

I still cant find that steeda 3inch cowl hood! it kinda reminds me of the cowl hood on my buddies camaro, I think it was called and outlaw hood? ehhh whatever, i just want more pics!!!

I guess since this is a cowl hood thread ill go ahead and post them in here. FYI this is the Steeda "Cobra R" hood (#307-0099). To my knowledge, they only made that one, and the Q400 (same thing but with the non-functional vents in the middle of it). I've never come across the 3 inch cowl by steeda.

there was no 3" made by Steeda, someone may have made a look alike... (cervanis and Steeda are very close) but Steeda hasnt made one.

that cobra R hood is my next purchase.
