im looking to do suspension work to my 01 gt i really dont know much so i thought id see what worked for everyone else.
im looking to spend anywhere from 2-3 grand
i want a setup that is aimed more for cornering than drag and something for the street although i dont mind a bit of a bumpier ride for better performance.
ive looked at the whole Steeda G-Trac setup but i wanted some opinions on it or other setups first
i also wondered if a whole coilover setup is worth it, i dont mind putting more into the suspension later but i need to know where to start

I wish I could help but I don't know anyone who's purchased this kit. Have you considered an IRS swap?

Thats where I would have started if I hadnt already done a load of suspension work prior to the 03/04 Cobras coming out.

IMO, I'd be going straight to Maximum Motorsports. Especially with your budget.

Everything they make is top notch. I hear their customer service is just as good as their products; give them a call and tell them your goals. From what I hear, they will point you in the direction of what is best for you, not so much sales.

ya steeda's kit looks pretty good and they did give me great customer service, but from looking around i think ill go with MM, they are a bit more expensive but it looks like you get what you pay for. and so far they have had great customer service also.
